01Who is responsible

LiquidityLab, operated by Registered business name, Street address, Bulgaria, is the controller of your personal information under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact us at liquiditylabsup@gmail.com. As a small business we have not appointed a data protection officer; privacy questions go to the same address.

02What we collect

Information you give us

• Email address and, if you choose, your name.
• Your TradingView username, so the indicators can be added to your TradingView account.
• The plan, billing period and payment method you choose.
• Messages you send us, and what you share in mentorship sessions.

Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, the plan, the amount and the last four digits or type of your payment method, never your full card number.

Information collected automatically. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers. See cookies and local storage below.

04Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share it only with:

• Service providers who work for us: Netlify (hosting, and storing sign-ups and access requests), Stripe (payments, billing and the customer portal) and our email service, Resend (the welcome email, lessons, offers, and request and access emails). You can unsubscribe from lessons and offers with the link in any of them.
• TradingView, which receives your username when we grant indicator access.
• Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.
• A buyer or successor, if LiquidityLab is sold or merged, under the same protections.

05International transfers

Some providers process data outside your country. Where this happens we use recognised safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where a provider is certified under it.

06How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open and for 24 months after it closes, then delete or anonymise it. Billing records are kept for as long as Bulgarian accounting and tax law requires, up to 10 years. Marketing preferences are kept until you change them.

07Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have the right to know, delete and correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither). We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Email liquiditylabsup@gmail.com to make a request. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or the data protection authority where you live.

08Cookies and local storage

This site stores a few small values in your browser to make it work. They are not used for advertising and are not shared with anyone.

Session values clear when you close the tab. You can clear the others in your browser settings at any time. The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. If that ever changes, we will list them here and ask for your consent first.

09Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

10Children

LiquidityLab is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes to this policy

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant we will also email you.
